Wednesday morning update
Today is the official due date - but it’s still a big question mark.
Unless my cervix has decided to do a super-expando during the night, I’m not sure that we’ll be seeing him. It seems to be a tad reluctant to do the thinning and stretching part.
Contractions have continued on and off though, and this morning my back is doing some severe complaining.
My doctor isn’t keen to move things along artificially - which I’m glad about. I have to keep checking my temp to make sure I don’t develop a fever or anything and then we can just coast along to see what my body is going to do.

Soon, so very soon.
To keep you entertained, when the Mrs and I took the local hospital birthing class, the instructor used all kinds of newspeak to make the process less scary.
Bloody show? Nope. Birthing show.
Mucous plug? Nope. Cervical seal.
Labor pains? Nope. Labor waves.Of course, it didn’t help that she malapropped cervical seal into circus seal. I said, “It they’re gonna have a circus seal at the birthing show, I’m selling tickets!”

Oh plinth….. (^_^)

Come on out, baby!

Thinking of you and sending thoughts of movement your way : )

I should start planning to send you a care package - I wonder if I can get pie thru the mail to you.

*waves pom-poms*
“Push’em out, push’em out, waaaaaay out!”(hmm, maybe this is a too regional reference)
